Ever since the last patch I've been getting massive FPS drop any time I enter the build menu. I run at a solid 60 FPS normally, but if I spend more than a couple of minutes in the build menu I drop down to 40-45 fps. I have to keep exiting and reentering build mode every few minutes cause otherwise the lag gets so bad build mode is basically unusable.

While I do run a lot of mods, I've NEVER had this issue until the new patch came out. Sure the menu takes a little time to load, but FPS drop? That's a new one.

Anyone have any idea on how to fix this? And I've already checked, my mods aren't the culprit, I've turned every single one of them off and tried it that way, the FPS drop is still present.
