Hey, since I passed the mision of killing Kellogs in the Fort Haggen I just cant teletransport in my pip-boy, I din't think that this was going to affect in the game, but now... I CAN'T ENTER DE INSTITUTE!!! Someone else have this problem? please... HELP ME! :'( this game hates me

Try activating a terminal, or find Listening Post Bravo and activate the Terminal in there, that's how I fixed it about a month ago now, Hope it helps
