There skinny doors. I wasn't there to see it but when it was getting dark and all the settlers were going to there beds. I noticed a traffic jam inside the house. Thats when I spotted the Brahmin on top of the bed lol. It was trying to move but couldn't.

Now the Brahmin at Finch Farm, when it walks up the steps on the wooden shack. It sometimes get stuck between other settlers and the fence connected to the shack and its like 3ft off the ground.

Yeah I've encountered this in Sanctuary. I actually was going to buy some junk items from Trashcan Carla that have some Copper when I noticed her Brahmin was stuck in a bedroom in a house at the time I was going to install lighting in there. Took a screenshot on my Xbox One version to remember it by. I kind of laughed by this odd little glitch, as it reminded me how Fallout 3 & Fallout New Vegas had the funny bugs like enemy bodies getting stuck in the wall and ground and they start spasing all over.
