Does anyone know if it is possible to add one's own MP3 tracks to a radio station? If so, what's the procedure? Thanks in advance for any information provided.

I don't think so. All of the audio files (including the radio tracks) are in .xwm format, and I think new songs on the radio have to be defined in the Creation Kit in order for the radio station to play them.
