No worse than the wires that hang across a couple of other settlements as well, or the half ruined houses at a couple of others that you can't use or remove, or the tininess of Jamaica Plains.

Well, In defense if you're on PC you can remove the caved in buildings etc. I was bored last Saturday and totally wiped Sanctuary off the map lol...Only assets I couldn't scrap were the signs and the huge tree in the middle

if nothing else, this game brings out our collective OCD. I'm perpetually irked by these things. rubble/trash may be my #1, but yeah, I feel your pain.
