I am currently in the early game (level 16) and I am using a full suit of T-45C (Playing as a member of a certain faction that loves PA but the big event hasn't happened yet so I am using T-45) with all pieces upgraded with Blast Shielding. Thing is the only thing that is an IMMEDIATE threat to kill me is some raider/Super Mutant with a Fat Man that I don't see. I have survived a close quarters mini nuke blast to the face (which killed the suicide raider in the process) in a T-45B because of the blast shielding. It shredded the entire suit but I lived. Anything else that is dangerous wont instantly gib me and I can react to it. That's my thought process anyway. So I was wondering if there is a CAP on the amount of blast DR you get from shielding (like I said 2 max or whatever it is). I could be missing out on other upgrades if their is a cap.
