I currently have a settlement set up at Sanctuary Hills. The settlement has been stuck at 96% with no arrow marking it going up or down.

Here are my stats:

People: 21

Food: 42

Water: 52

Power: 24

Defense: 134

Beds: 50

Happiness: 96% - sometimes go up to 97%, but falls back down to 96 agian.

Size: the bar has tunred yellow, and a small part of the bar is still avalabile

I current have 8 clinics, 3 clothes shops and 2 bars.

I have decorated the place and made sure that the settlers are happy, but it still falls :/ it is currently at 97% with an arrow pointing down....

Any hints, please? I would really like this trophy as it is the last one from the platinum.

are you on pc or consoles? I've read about console settlements bein somewhat glitchy as their stats will be different in pipboy vs. actual. i don't know if this might effect their happiness but who cares?


they should be happy that i took the time out of my busy schedule to painstakingly erect sleeping bags and carrots for their ungrateful asses! whàt is wrong with them anyway?

is the wasteland filled with invalids and retards to where they can't find a couple old newspapers and make a stinkin bed?
