Wiseman tells me he wants an opportunity to show the world what ghouls can do. Okay, so do I open the Slog up to all Settlers or do I only feed more ghouls into there. I'm not sure of what Wiseman actually wants. I know I can do whatever I like but given his speech which roleplaying decision was meant to be followed?
