Patch 1.3.47

Because I know from earlier versions of the game that Dogmeat for some reason can not find out how to follow me out of the innermost part of the small bunker East of Finch Farm, I told him to stay outside the bunker. When entering the inner bunker he spawned right at my side. He would not follow me out and even though I told him to wait for me at Finch Farm he still would not leave the bunker. Had to Fast Travel to Finch Farm to get him out of the bunker. Couldn't Bethesda have given him a less radiation damaged brain? Grrrr.
