This started happening 5 days ago, yes fallout 4 does work in windowed mode, no please do not post the stupid INI file settings to put fallout 4 in Windowed mode. That would defeat the purpose.

Yes i have checked the game cache.

Yes i have reinstalled the game

Yes i have removed the folder located at %userprofile%\Documents\My Games\Fallout4

Yes when i reinstalled the game i ensured all registry keys were removed.

Yes i have rolled back the Video card driver to earlier versions (353.62).

I am unable to choose BETA mode in steam as the option is not there.

Yes the date on my computer is past NOV 2015 (it is set to now())

Yes i have attempted to run fallout from the installation directory using admin and compatibility mode (windows 7)

Yes i have disabled steam cloud for save game and removed the save games folder.

DXDIAG says: No Errors Found

Check disk says: No Errors Found

sfc /scannow returns no problems

I have optimized the game using GFORCE Experience and attempted to launch it though GFORCE

I have enabled all features for .NET 3.5 and 4.6

PLEASE NOTE: This system used to play fallout 4 in full screen before.

Anyone have any clues?
