Bethesda responses

Well, for those playing on console, can today only run mods/DLCs made by Bethesda. They who play on PC can use mods now actually. They use the old game editor. Some third part program allowe players to include mods in FO 4 even Bethesda have disabled that option for now. If PC users needs to pay for the mods as well, they need to charge for installing and using the game editor. I don't see any reasons for that, because everyone can use the old editor whitch is free. Maybe in a distance future.... then we will be so old that only card game Bridge is only options to having fun playing games and they who are too young to play any games today, do not know about this thread or even this forum.

Cheers,

I think you may have info wrong, BGS don't create mods. And mods aren't available on console yet. Paid mods won't happen as we know how that went, mods will be free.

I reply to The Creepers post there he claimed that once in future, Bethesda don't care about the fans so long Geck will be a cash cow. How can it be a cash cow when today the mods for pc are free in charge, if Bethesda want to cash cows outta PC users in the future they have to change the politics a little; was mine reply. Mods/dlcs... not much of a difference since they alter the game. Mods = player made, dlc = devs made.

I'm talking about the paid mods Bethesda and Valve tried to introduce with Skyrim taking a percentage of the money made from the mod last year. While they did reverse the decision after the huge backlash, they did say they would explore the possibility again in the future.

If I had a choice between a Dev doing development and a Dev interacting with the community, I'll pick development every single time out if 1 trillion.

There's very little point for a Dev to drop code and then bathe in the acid that is the "community".

As for listening, we have absolutely no insight into how much Bethesda resources read te forum, and this no basis if accusing them of not listening.
