Why are Beth NPCs are always such [censored] anyway? I killed an entire town several times whenever I walk pass a guard in Skyrim, but even your own settlers diss you, the BoS treats you with no respect regardless of your rank, Rhys basically treats you as an initiate even after you become a sentinel. Don't get me started on Marcy. I don't think it should be that hard to include random lines to reflect your ranks in the game or your achievements.

Hey, at least you can cap Rhys with a stealth kill, Marcy is essential, so she will forever nag you. Of course, she's locked in a box in my game.

He apologizes to you, but then basically go back and treat you like before and nothing happens. Does it hurt Beth to include dialogue changes to reflect that?

Marcy actually isn t that bad from the whole quincy surviors group she is the best and the only one that you do not have to tell to work

jun is a pathetic laey censored and very laey no matter how many times you asign him to a job next time you will find him doing nothing and being pathetic again

mama Murphy is probably the worse and most annoying npc bethesda ever created ; she is a liar a junkie complete useless and on top of that she expects you to be her next chemdealer for free

i love those console commands on pc and it is pretty easy to turn off Murphy and jun essential flag off

Yes, it hurts them badly! And you bringing it up hurts even more (sarcasm all the way by the way). Could they do a better job with this? Yes, but in another RPG that NPC would simply dissapear or not be relevant to the game anymore. Most NPC's in Bethesda games can always be interacted with and has some relevance to the game.

I'm actually more perplexed just how much most random NPCs keep track of all my feats.

Skyrim comes to mind:

"You're that new guy in Winterhold? Already heard of you!"

-"No, actually I'm the pacifist thief with no magic or decent combat skills whatsoever, who just used the random spell any lesser bandit knows so I can steal fancy mage deco."
