As stated in the Beta, this patch has not fixed my issue with Desdemona in Underground Undercover. It seems to work for some, but others, besides myself, also noted issues.

I have a fresh install, running no mods, and I've verified the game cache.

No reply about this issue has been forthcoming, but If you are still experiencing this bug, you are not alone. I'd recommend sending a save file in to Bethesda, but I haven't gotten a response even acknowledging they received mine, and I sent it in at the beginning of the Beta, so...

Desdemona is STILL saying she is busy.... was waiting for this patch just to fix this damned bug and had held off progressing just to do the Railroad quests... and 1.3 arrives and it's stilly bugged.

Yep. Seems the patch didn't fix anything. I still can't get Preston as a companion even though the patch notes say it's fixed.

Either the patch we were given was a dud or it only prevents bugs from happening. So games already broken stay broken.

It would have made sense to give hints as to why this problem occurred in the first place so we can HOPEFULLY not make the same mistake again. I spent ages building up my bases and doing companion quests just so that I didn't have to kill Desdemona... and when the promised patch fix arrives and it doesn't do SQUAT!!!!!! Well, it just puts me off playing further because I have no clue what caused it and just don't want the same thing to happen again.

Anyone else having a problem with the quest not being fixed? My husband was at the point where you are supposed to talk to Desdemona and he still cannot talk to her even after the patch. I haven't gotten far enough to find out if it will work for me or not but I am currently ON that questline. I have decided to wait to go any further until the issue is resolved. Anyone that has any idea of how to get it to work post-patch feel free to share. Thanks.

EDIT: I would like to know why a post about the playstation 4 version got moved to the pc forum??? I am trying to find out if other people on PS4 are having this issue... not the pc. Seriously messed up!

The patch has not worked for me either. I have only carried on playing this character because the glitch was going to be fixed by the patch, had i known it would not be fixed then i would have given it up a long time ago.

Are there any plans to actually fix the glitch or is it just going to be ignored?

We weren't moving it to give anyone grief, folks. Usually people specify what platform the issue is with in their thread title or post, and sometimes there is confusion... all of us being humans and all and doing multiple things.

In any case, Gstaff has commented here, that this issue is being looked into. I amended the title to avoid further confusion and moved the thread.
