Can't access Diamond City House on PS4 : Fallout 4

With today's (02-09-16) PS4 update can't access my Home Plate house in Diamond City. I have tried restarting and loading from previous save files, but I continually receive an error message and get logged off the game. Anyone else having problems?

I'm getting error code "CE-34878-0".

Try to re-install your game!

After disable internet connection, and try again!
