Hi
I am playing Fallout 4 on Playstation 4.
I have recently installed PATCH 1.03

Now when I get to the Instituionalized quest, I get to the room where shaun is behind glass. and nothing happens.

I walk up to the glass, bang on the glass. I can hear footsteps but no-one ever comes in the room.
I can't go back up the elevator and my quick saves are now all in this room as I have looked at my pip boy and sat on the chairs, so i have no saves outside this room to fall back to.
I have spent so much time on this game and now I am totally stuck.

Please help !!!

Could it be that case?

Aaaaaaannddd....... Please tell me that you have a regular manual save.
