There’s a little homestead (trader) in the woods just west of the ranger cabin that’s south of Sanctuary hills. This is the kind of homestead I want to be able to make. Perfect little shack with a small crop and a pond, perfect for a wasteland survivalist. But even if you kill the trader you can’t claim the bed.

Yeah, there's another trader south of Diamond City to. She lives in one of those ol retro aero-stream travel trailers in the middle of the woods.


She actually gets some pretty good weapon shipments.

I'm going to go looking for that one.

I have been to these places and asked myself the same question. "Why can't I build this?"

The one near the ranger station is so cool. She has a little garden and a nice small shack. I wish I could do this instead of having to make a larger settlement. My last two characters both made a little home down by the river as close to the border of SH as I could. No one visited since it was so far out of the main area. It was nice.
