Unsure if this counts as a spoiler or anything, didn't want to put it in general just incase, but I just want to say that ive just done the Glowing Sea mission as part of the main story. All I have after this is still the Radiant quests from the factions.

After the Glowing Sea mission, you get that other main mission, but im wondering if more faction quests unlock after I have done this? As, like I say, I just have the radiant quests left at the moment.

Someone you spoke to in the Glowing Sea should have given you a mission. That mission gives you a special lootable which you need to show to someone in particular. Asking around should help you find out who. After that, it's back to the Glowing Sea again.

If I think I know who you mean, yeh IT did give me a mission, and yeh I have to back to go back to IT when I do this mission what im currently doing at the moment.

But im wondering if more Faction quests unlock? If not, seems pretty short. As all I have apart from this main quest, is the side faction "repeated" quests.

There are more faction quests, although the faction quests from this point on get kind of tangled up in the MQ. (Which is why you need to progress the MQ a bit more to unlock them )

The game will warn you with a pop-up when you are about to go down a path from which there is no return. ie locked into one faction for the rest of the game.

Well presumably you currently have faction quests from 3 factions.

If you meet another faction then you will have faction quests available from 4 factions.

Ah right thanks guys. Think I better do more MM quests before I continue with the main. Think il be siding with Railroad for this first play through though, unless institute sway my mind.

What you can do, try to make friends with all factions at the same time, new radiant quests will be available. Just don't dig too deep into MQ lines.

To answer what I think the real question is, no. Outside of the main quest series, you will not get sent back into the Glowing Sea. However, there are quite a few interesting places there and I highly recommend exploring it fully.
