Hi, please help me, I have experienced this bug for quite some time now and I think it all started after patch 1.3 for the PC but I am not quite sure when it started but everyone including my player is not moving and has their arms out to their sides. This bug has been extremely frustrating as I have uninstalled and reinstalled 3 times and have removed every single mod I've ever downloaded, uninstalled Nexus Mod Manager and deleted every Fallout 4 file and reinstalled and nothing seems to help. I have also went on Reddit and many other threads trying to find a solution but nothing seems to help and nobody else has had this solution. I cannot start a new game because I can't even create a character and I can't reload a save because they are all like this. Please help, I haven't been able to play the game at all.
