Proctor Ingram gives me the quest Ad Victorium, like she is supposed to, and tells me to go insert the Beryllium Agitator into the top of Liberty Prime, but when I go up on to the gantry, the hatch is not open, and I can not insert the agitator. Has anyone else experienced this issue?
