Loss of up\down movement in workshop

So I noticed on ps4 that the new patch has broken the up and down movement in workshop mode. Prior to patch this was done by holding L2+X and using the left joystick. L2+x+LJ now moves objects horizontally, previously this was done by holding X and using left joystick. X+LJ still moves horizontal.


Again this is on ps4. Are XB1 and PC users experiencing this as well?

In my games on PC, Up and Down has never functioned as advertised.

Isn't it L1? I don't remember it being L2. I'll have to check when I play later.
