There is only 12, and I completed them all.

I find it painfully annoying that I'm now meant to somehow start missions and not Arthur Maxson.


I apologise of this is in the wrong sub-form because you probably noticed, I'm new.

The number of unique quests, across the board, is really my only major issue with the game.
