So my original goal was to try to level up enough to get all the perks, but now im just pure bored. I took my time with the game, I'm level 57 completed all the story quests, did a ton of side quests, I've got one quest left in my quest list and it's a radiant quest. Now I'm kinda bored and legendaries aren't dropping anything worth a crap. The last 4 places I hit had 2 legendaries each, all of them were some junk, 3 melee weapons 4 pieces of leather armor and a stupid bleeding rocket launcher. So I'm kinda done, what are you guys doing to keep yourselves entertained with the game?

You can try different builds (melee only, pistols only, etc.), but yeah, after you've done all the quest content and explored all the map, there really isn't a whole lot to hold your interest after that. If there were real RPG options and choices to play the game significantly differently more than once, that would be different- but there's not. Wait for DLC, I guess.
