I've reached level 157 in Fallout 4, Got the latest update 2 + days ago, have been playing pretty much constantly since then ( almost every day since I'm retired) and all was going well and then suddenly wan't able to loot, I then noticed I couldn't even view the contents of not only those that I had killed, but also any and all containers were not accessible. I then noticed that the fact i was "hidden" wasn't shown to me via the text. I then reloaded any and all older saves, with same issues noted. I then performed several hard resets of my Xbox 1 with no results, I then contacted Microsoft since my Xbox 1 is still under warranty and they feel that it's a Bethesda issue. At this point I'm kinda of thinking that the latest update has caused this problem even though it's been working flawlessly for the last 2 days since the update.

OK, after contacting several people and not finding a solution, decided to go into my settings and set the viewing options back to "default" values and fixed it. I have NO idea why after months playing this it suddenly just happened! Still think it's related to the last update though.
