Im at the point in the quest where im supposed to talk to Hancock and he's supposed to give me 2 targets but when I talk to him all he wants to talk about is teaming up and having him as my companion.. I cant get him to further the quest, any advice??

Accept him as your companion, then try speaking to him again.

Yeah, happened to me too. I HAD to take him as my companion then the mission will progress. Worked for me anyways.

This quest was just an utter ballache for me bugwise. After a very long winded workaround I managed to finish it, problem now though is he won't upgrade my gear.

where you over level 45 when you completed it?

if so because he is scripted to offer it once you reach certain level (45 is the for the highest upgrade i dont remember the other ones) if you complete after level 45 he will never trigger to offer the upgrade

Yeah I think I was 55ish. Ah damn it, I've been screwed over yet again by leveled quest rewards. Thanks anyways. ?
