Purchases not showing up

I bought "Bundle of 15 Lunchboxes (Fallout Shelter)" and didn't get any in game.



Previously i bought 2 Mr. Handys and 2 "Bundle of 5 Lunchboxes (Fallout Shelter)" and there were no problems with getting those items in game.

If the lunchboxes are not applying, you will need to reach out to the customer support for the Google Play store.

At this moment i had only 1 issue with content i bought.


So followed http://www.gamesas.com/topic/1531034-didnt-get-lunchboxes-i-bought/?p=24248032 yesterday and requested refund for that package just to buy it again.

Earlier today I decided to buy a 5-pack Lunchbox set, bought some a few days before with no problems so I didn't expect any this time. Go to open my boxes and see no lunches but five Mr. Handy instead. Kind of annoying, but the fault could've been mine, might have clicked the wrong item to buy. Go back to the shop and 100% completely chose the Lunchbox option, even triple verified before submitting 'BUY' and again checking when the Google payment window popped up. It said 5 lunchboxes - $3.99, looks good this time with no mistake on my part. Lo and behold, 5 more Mr, Handy. WTF?! To make absolutely sure I went and tried it again (that's 3 times I tried to buy the 5-pack Lunchbox) and the same error. This is just terrible. Not cool Bethesda.



My account to the game is tied to the email I used to register this account here. Either give me the Lunchboxes I bought +compensation if you want further purchases from me in the future, or just give me a refund back.

I've had the same problem, I tried buying 5 lunchboxes twice, payment went through but I never received any lunchboxes

I have dropped $45 on this game. I bought 5 Mr Handys and 40 lunchboxes of which were made available immediately after purchase. My third purchase however, another $20 for 40 lunchboxes did not appear in the game after my purchase went through. The purchase is showing on my playstore account purchase history and I have a screenshot where all three purchases are clearly seen. I have sent e-mails to bethesda, google playstore, and stated my case in yhe ratings section of playstore for the game. I haven't so much as received an e-mail response. I am really frustrated that I have had to put so much time into getting these 40 lunchboxes. I would hope to be re-imbursed for my time, purhaps with extra lunchboxes. I have spent $45 afterall, and I really love the game. Can somebody please fic my situation? My game is registered under [email protected] and the vault I made the purchase for is 199. I made the purchase between 1-2am est and it's been 15 hours with no response and no lunchboxes. I play on android. Please help me out. Thanks.

Just spent $24, $4 on Mr handy and $20 on card packs, and the app crashed and I had to start my vault over and all my purchases were lost. How you think purchases should be tied to one vault AND not to my account is crazy. I want my $24 back or to have the purchases applied to my new vault. And for the love of god learn how to program a good back end and attach purchases to our Google play accounts so they aren't tied to an app that when it crashes our money doesn't disappear into thin air.
