In the mood to make a vault, but at the same time I wanted to know what vault we already know about (so I can model them after those) or to make sure mine doesn't already exist in game. So far I've found these below. Please let me know if you can think of any others.

FO1 - 12, 13, 15

FO2 - 8, 13, 15

FO3 - 87, 92, 101, 106, 108, 112

FONV - 3, 11, 19, 21, 22, 34

FO4 - 111

I know there are others mentioned in other stories and such, but don't know which of those are official.
