I'm not a rich person here I do not own a ipad or an iphone or what have you but I do have a PC if you guys and gals could convert the game to make it work with PC that would make alot of more people happy please at least think about this thank you

It would have to be done with something that supports ingame purchases, it opens up a different can of worms of legal issues in Europe. Though something like that might already be in place in Steam with the "steamwallet" and all. I know EA Origin has something for it considering one could buy "equipment crates" containing random loot in the multiplayer of Mass Effect 3. I think Ubisoft Uplay got something like it as well. So I assume it would have to be Steam, unless Bethesda comes out with their own "game manager".
