My vault got under attack by raiders, I closed the app right after the raid ended.

When I checked back this morning it said I was still being raided basically. My door was still broken open and the red lights were blinking, it was also playing the siren and showed my characters in the nearest room in fighting stances but there were no raiders to be found. It didn't show the siren at the side of my screen though like usual.

Has this happened to anyone else or does anyone know how to fix it? only things I have tried to fix it are restarting the app and switching between vaults but that didn't help.

This glitch really svcks, I can't play that shelter as of right now.
