As much as I love this game and the Fallout world, the following issue is now preventing me from playing, and it's been almost two weeks.

One of my vault, let's call him my main vault, can't be opened in fallout Shelter.

I might not be surprised if I had an old device to play on, but it's an Ipad Air 2, the latest.

I have around 200 dwellers, that I trained for maybe three weeks, and I'dd like to open this vault again.


I hope you will be able to fix this, I don't see the point of presenting a game that can not be played to its full capacity, my will being to be able to have 200 fully trained dwellers with maximum leveled rooms.

I'm having this happen as well and it's is getting frustrating.

After over a month with no response from support, i think it's safe to say you are on your own. Get to the apple store and request a refund if you've spent money - they'll give you back everything over the past 90 days.
