I just started and played for 2 hours(roughly). I have 14 dwellers, 8 rooms(2 doubled up) i have combat armor, sports fan armor, leather armor, a hardened mini gun, 2 scoped 45's(one is Eulogy Jones') All my stuff came from lunch boxes(including Eulogy) I have found prolly 200 caps or so exploring the wastes.
