I'd recommend reaching out to our support team (help.gamesas.com) so they can investigate the issues you're experiencing.
A couple questions in the meantime:
What iOS are you running on?
What device (and version) are you playing with?
Have you turned off your phone since downloading the game?
Note: If you delete the app, you'll lose all progress for the game, including any lunchboxes.
I've the same problem on two devices, an iPad mini last generation and an iPad 4, both with IOS 8.3.
I've tried everything (close all other apps, restart the device, pray the lord, light a candle... etc), but the only "solution" is to delete the game and reinstall (losing progress)... until it happens again (I've tried 3 or 4 times).
I hope someone will find a solution, cause the game is awesome.
