Well, there's been much foolin' around among the vault dwellers and we have 6 expectant mothers. Problem is some have been preggers for almost 3 hours. Do I need to send one of my guys out into the wasteland to find a doc so we can have some Caesareans done or do we have to wait 9 months real time before they pop?

I think I read 4-5 hours somewhere. So no need to panic yet.

Btw, if you want them to contribute to the society you can always assign them to rooms even if theya re pregnant.
