Healing Exploring Dwellers

Is there a way to manually heal dwellers that are out in the wasteland? I equipped him with 10 stimpacks/radaways and he doesn't seem to be healing himself. He's already at below 50% hp and I'd hate to have to spend caps to rez him after I wake up later on.

They will use stimpacks and rad-aways as they feel the need to.. i left my main explorer (scribe rothchild he starts at level 23 with a gun and armor so is perfect for exploring) i gave him 5 stimpacks and 5 rad-aways and when i woke up this morning he was at full hp with one of the simpacks used.



So they will use it on their own when they feel the need to.

I gave mine several 6 stim packs and 3 RadAway and he only used one stim pack. I think they get full health if they level.

I had an Explorer come limping back with less than half hp even though he had 10 stim packs and radaways. I couldnt imagine leaving him alone and exploring for over 5 hours. Anyone lose an explorer in the wastes? Do you get the option to res them? Do you lose their gear?

I let some dies on a secondary vault. You do get a chance to revive them for caps. I didn't do it. They had no gear so I can't confirm that.

I just revived a dead adventurer for 190 Cpas. The cost probably changes depending on level of Dweller. He had full health but had the same Radiation Damage. I was able to keep all the items he had. However, I have no idea if there are other circumstances that might effect whether or not you keep all the times.
