lunchbox problem

I purchased a 5 pack of lunchboxes and have yet to receive them in game, its been several hours now. I got the Google play receipt and everything.

I had the same problem and now I get an automated email everytime i reply. Im just going to get a refund from google support instead. They're more helpful.

I had this issue twice when I purchased lunch boxes and promptly emailed Bethesda support which got me an automated response. The robot support told me to go to Google and after a quick jaunt over to their website I saw that Google only handles refunds and if you want what you paid for you have to go to the developer. The first time I did as the robot said and got a refund. This second time I emailed Bethesda support again got the robot with the exact same message and responded with Google only doing refunds to which the response was yet again the exact same thing. So I'm not really sure what to do here. The Bethesda support not is essentially telling me to get a refund.

I've had the same problem, I've paid for two lots of 5 lunch boxes and never received them.

So is something being done to get us what we paid for or should we just get a refund? In my case another refund. I would email support again but I'll just get the same automated response again so I know that bot isn't going to help me.


EDIT: Quote taken directly from their page regarding in app purchases "If you made an in-app purchase, but didn't receive your item, only an app's developer can send purchased items to your account. If you never received your item and want a refund, you can contact us for help." So yeah. If we go to Google its for a refund.
