On day 2 of playing the game, game randomly crashed. Will no longer start, at all.

In-game purchases have been made less than 24 hrs ago, so I need to know asap my options regarding fixes/refunds.

is there an official channel in which to create tickets to have issues resolved? This all really seems intentionally convoluted as to keep you guessing as how to even respond.

Feel like there needs to be some serious questions asked of agencies that this company would be more likely to respond to
