So 3 of my dwellers died during a radroach infestation : one in a power room and the other two in a diner .I resurrected the first two as soon as they fell and then removed the third after waiting a bit . However the workers in those rooms were really sad , and when i zoomed in , they were saying things about a corpse in the room , even though there were no corpses there . I hope this gets fixed in the next patch , since it's basically game over if a sibgle dweller dies in an important room .

Resurrection makes sense is any video game much like re-spawning. However in real life this stuff makes no sense.
