Dwellers complain about already revived corpses

(Android, Galaxy S6)

So after getting in a fight with some mole rats while my strongest dwellers were out in the wasteland I wound up with a couple dead dwellers. I'd only just been starting out so I didn't have a lot of caps, so over the course of a day or two I struggled until I had the caps to revive them(I didn't have a lot of dwellers, either, and getting more would take a lot of time so revival was a better option at the time, imo, than removing them.

After reviving them, however, I had low water and food and power and a lot of my dwellers were sad. I had like 20% overall happiness and things were a mess. But I pushed through. A few hours later the radiation was mostly clear, everyone was alive, most people had full health, food, water and power were good. . .but a bunch of healthy dwellers were still upset. I zoomed in on the room they were in(the power generator) and they complained about a corpse in the room(except one, the last one to have been revived, I think--he was happy as could be.) I lost like six dwellers because I wasn't fast enough to move dying ones out, so I would have perfectly believed that there were still some left over, but I scoured the whole room and everyone was alive. Everyone in the vault was alive, everyone on the dweller list was alive. There were no corpses to complain about. I moved them out the room and back and no dice, I moved the one guy not complaining out, nothing, I swapped dwellers out and they had the same complaint, I believe. So I had a bunch of happy and healthy dwellers stuck at 10% happiness because they were hallucinating a corpse. Cool. And, of course, moving them out, cheering them up, and moving them back in just had their happiness drop again.

I don't know if the problem still persists because I got raided and attacked by molerats about an hour ago and lost a bunch of dwellers in the same room and have to work on getting them revived again, but hopefully this can be looked into. I dunno if there's supposed to be some sort of residual death effect that's causing their complaints but I'd assume not since I've had dwellers die and sit until I revived them before and this didn't happen. It's a fully upgraded three-room power generating room so removing it and then replacing it's kind of not an option I'd like to resort to considering how little you get back(and considering how big my other rooms are and how much power they take up.)

me too. I have all the bodies revived , but in a room to complain the workers that still corpses would lie . Your satisfaction is completely down and not recovering . Its a nasty bug and I've heard from many people who have this problem .

Oh, forgot to update! After those new dwellers died in the same room I revived them and everything seems to be back to normal.

So I guess the fix for this bug, for now, would be to kill another dweller in the same room. Maybe there's some kind of corpse counter and it resets it, idk, but my happiness is back at 90%!

You don't have to do anything so extreme. I've seen this happen, and just shuffling all the dwellers out of the room fixes the problem for me. I either drag them into another room of the same type, or out to a different room and back.

Like I said in the initial post, I did try moving them out and back and it didn't help in my instance.

I have a haunted room as well. Already tried moving dwellers out of the room and back in again and tried changing all the dwellers in the room but they all feel uncomfortable and complain about a corpse that does not exist. It has made having a good happiness evaluation in my vault a real challenge.

The same thing has happened to me. Except that my dweller was moved to another room before I had a chance to revive him. He was revived in the other room. But people still complain about the nonexistent corpse. People have been moved out of that room to get them happy. But when they return they get unhappy again

Same problem here, I've moved dwellers multiple times and still getting complaints about a dead body. It's really affecting their happiness.

I have experienced this bug too for android, also for IOS. Only way to fix is to remove that area where the dwellers are detecting a 'dead body that isn't even there.'

For me removing the room was the only way to bypass the bug. Verry very poor :(

I have pretty much the same issue, and in the fully upgraded/merged power room. Although most of my 40 dwellers were dead in that one room after being killed by molerats which wouldn't die. I am using a Samsung Galaxy-S5. Longer story below.

Most of my dwellers were massacred due to a series of disasters which occured after I spent all my caps, so I had to try getting more caps over a long period of time to revive the dwellers. Although I was only able to revive a few, which took around two days, before the rest of the bodies despawned. Although the issue lies in the fact that my dwellers still complain about dead bodies, and are incredibly sad, even though there are no bodies around nor have there been for a few days now.
