My game ran perfectly fine up until the first update. It crashes when I try to launch it, but it shows as running in the background. I was hoping this latest update would fix it, but it didn't. I have a 64g iPhone 6 plus with hardly any apps. I tried deleting the apps I don't use often and moved all my photos and videos to my computer so I still have PLENTY of space on my phone. I have also tried turning the device on and off multiple times.

I REALLY don't want to delete and start over because I had spent real money on this vault.

Same exact thing. I've been posting for 3 weeks now and of course no response. Two different phones, 4 vaults, and over 300 people.

Mine started crashing this morning! Ugh! I closed the game while I fire was started. Opened it this morning to the sound of fire but no actual flames in the rooms. Played a little this morning then a crash. And now it won't load! Crashes before loading! I've been working on this for months and spent plenty on it and now this! Bethesda what can you do?!

bethesda is not going to respond, and even if they did, because the save is not on their servers, there would not be much they could do. I think Bethesda is trying to wait out the refund clock - apple will give you your money back within 90 days if the app is crashing. go get it, at least until they sort out this mess, or at least respond.
