So i bought lunchboxes back a while ago, and after i clicked the purchase button, the game crashed. this was a common occurance back then, so i didn't think anything of it. a few days passed, and i still didn't have the lunchboxes i paid for. it's been a month+ and i still have no lunchboxes. i verified, the money did come out, and after talking to apple support about how i didn't want the money, just the in-app purchase, they sent me to bethesda! any clue what i could do to get this fixed?

bethesda support is not going to respond to you, so let me help you here.


1. Your game is stored on your phone, not their servers, so there is nothing support can do.


2. Go ahead and get the refund and try buying it again if you must BUT please read the threads about late game crashes before dropping in dollars - they just get you to the perma-crash vault faster.


3. Apple only gives you 90 days to get that refund. Go get it.
