I really like this game (apart from it crashing every 5 minutes) and i recently decided to buy a Mr. Handy (around 11 o'clock or something today GMT) and had it for a while, about half an hour ago, my game decides to crash again and when i reopen it, my vault is gone. i was wondering if i could get a new Mr. Handy or a refund so i can buy a new one.

go directly to Apple and get a refund as soon as you can - bethesda will not respond here. i would highly encourage you to read the threads about late game crashes before you put any more quarters in.
