I completed a lunchbox quest and temporarily lost my phone connection at the same time. It then gave me a new quest without the lunchbox. I assume it was because I was offline. No lunchbox rewarded and no new lunchbox quest.

Same as mine, my lunchbox gone missing after i gone offline.
