Spent money on the game, got to 200 dwellers.

Wanted to rearrange living quarters in the vault...

3 Room Barracks holds 40 dwellers, so to move them around I had to off some people.

Let 20 die in incidents. Removed them.

Sent 20 of my least special dwellers to the wasteland. I'm still getting notifications about those dwellers, but haven't been able to get beyond the first loading screen in 24 hours.

Seems pretty unprofessional that I paid money and the game doesn't work for the most dedicated players. I've spent a lot of time playing and building this up and it's very disappointing to have it just break like this and to have Bethesda not issue any kind of reply to fans. I am very glad that I have not shelled out even more money for the new fallout... I haven't gotten through Fallout 3 or New Vegas yet... but now I'm not sure if I want to play them and get hooked on games from a developer that treats fans this way.

You should have a public response to this. I have the top end iPhone... so it's not about compatibility... It's about poor coding and development.

Just curious, why should I buy a Bethesda product ever if this is the way that customer service is handled?

the even more important question is this: why do they think they can sell you something that just disappears? get your money back - this issue has been known for over a month and spans ios and android. go here: http://reportaproblem.apple.com/- this is where you get your money back.

I did request my refund and got it, if Bethesda had issued a statement on this bug I never would've had to do that. Bethesda's silence is now costing them money, but not enough, I hope others follow suit and do the same thing… What Bethesda is doing here is wrong and immoral and they should be taught a lesson in customer service as others will hopefully vote with their wallets.

Wow, I still cannot open the game, but today I got a notification that a dweller had returned from the Wasteland.

Is the bug just that the game is running RIDICULOUSLY slow now?

Maybe if any of these garbage losers from Bethesda would read the forums and respond they would be seeing this feedback and could actually resolve the issue and let us know that they were working on it.

Well, maybe loser is the wrong term... Clearly they are successful at creatively bilking people of time and money.

I have the iPhone 5gold and my game stopped working they need to fix it I spent money and time loved it while it worked don't want to start over I'm going to look at my bank statements and see what I am owed for this faliure
