Ever since the new "update" I can't play. It now crashes after 3 seconds after tapping the app. I can't fix it and I have spent money and have 130+ dwellers. The unfair thing is, it "broke" or crashed after killing deathclaws. The strange thing is it was fine for a bit after the update then on the 20th it broke. After multiple deathclaw "events" no problems. Now it's completely done. Can't load and basically everything I just said. Why is it still not working. I'm not uninstalling and losing $32 and 300+ hours. Will there be an update fixing this? Because I'm getting angry now. Bethesda has been good... Until now. Fallout shelter is broken. PLEASE FIX ASAP! Like as in NOW!

Welcome to the club. Many people experience this problem, on both Android and iOS, and we impatiently await Bethesda's efforts.

As much as I eagerly anticipate a fix, I read the Forbdes Fallout shelter review. (google forbes fallout shelter). It puts my most pressing desires on hold.

support will not be responding to this. people have been reporting this issue for over a month, on this forum, to absolute silence from bethesda. bethesda is not going to help, because this is a late game crash and they'd rather you delete and reinstall since beginners are more likely to buy lunchboxes. go get your money back now from apple - you've got 90 days from purchase to get it. do not let this crappy support wait out the refund clock. and if they get it working, you can just plow it back into the game.
