No log or items when exploring : Fallout 4

Hi guys!

I'm searching for information about this issue in internet for hours and found nothing that can help me.

When I send a Dweller to the Wasteland, he start the exploration normally but there is no log about the actions (just the initial one) and he found no items.

If anyone can help I'll be very greatful.

That happened to me when I started to mess with the internal clock of my phone. I did it so everything was faster, but did it so many times, that I had that issue when I reset the clock to the original time. Have you changed the time in your phone or tablet? If so, you just have to wait, eventually it will start finding stuff and log info. If not, no idea.
