I recently installed Fallout Shelter on my tablet but am currently stuck in the Double Tap to zoom part of the tutorial due to the fact that the Double Tap is not being recognized at all.

Single tap and dragging are working, but no matter where I double tap nothing happens.

I've tried clearing cache and data and reinstalling but the problem persists.
