Why doesn't any dweller kill any creature or get and armor/weapon while exploring?

Well if you advanced your vault time by 3 hrs.. you need to do it 6 hrs more now to catch up.. but the moment you reset your phone or device time wise then it really screws up the game... hes kinda [censored]... i would nuke the vault and start over.. or wait for the Devs to patch and maybe reset everyone's time.. "doubt it"..

my biggest vualt is screwed up this way.. i just let it be.. till the patch
