I have obtained dozens of weapon, outfits and dwellers through the lunch boxes both earned and purchase.

However approximately ten or so rare items, of which almost all are outfits, have shown up in a lunch box,

Appear on my Survival Guide, but never actually appear in the game.

This is increasingly frustrating, especially with the legendary items I obtained in lunch boxes I have actually purchased.

Now I have noticed my dwellers finding items in the wasteland that are not appearing in their inventory.

What the actual [censored]?
