I've been sending my dwellers out in the wasteland for days and they literally don't collect ANYTHING they don't fight any creatures either and their luck is 5+ I don't know what to do

If you have played with date time setting or passed thru diff time zones then game has to catch up to real time as it creates positive and negative times. (If you change time on device forward one hour to complete something the game stays at that time when you put your time back on your device) so game won't do anything till device realtime catches up. You can usually tell by resource rooms by time to next resource collection (rather then minutes it will be hours)

Ps be careful not to change years ahead it's a long wait so I've heard lmao
