Replying to 2 things.moving rooms and changing phones

I ran into a issue. I have somewhere around 196-200 people. I wanted to move rooms around. But no move feature. I tried to delete a "room dwelling" but it says I'll be over populated, but it also won't allow me to create another room dwelling so I can delete the other location. Is the only way to get around this is to send out my people to die?

Like many, I'll be upgrading my iPhone 6+ to the iPhone 6s+. Anybody know how to make sure I don't loose my vault? iCloud doesn't back up the game, and I'm not 100% sure that when I use iTunes it does a complete backup. I saw another post. Is the only way by using iExplorer program? So iTunes won't make a backup?

One more for good measure, How do I know which of my people has the best health? I don't see anything in the game that shows me a number besides that green bar.

?

Doesn't logging into Game Center on the game (through your main Apple ID) transfer progress between devices?

I know some games allow you to sign into Game Center, and then transfer your progress to your iPad or iPod that way.. Not sure about FOS though

Nope. This game hold all save data on the device. So iCloud doesn't back it up.
