Hello, after a series of events, that I believe were possible in creating this bug, my game froze and then crashed. Upon trying to load the vault file back up the game crashes again. Here are the events that took place before the crash, they are a bit out of the ordinary and I believe they resulted in my vault file being corrupt:

1. I loaded up my game and collected my resources, when I clicked on the radio station a little girl started walking to my vault.

2. Not knowing that children could show up at the vault I tried moving her into the vault, which is impossible because you cannot move children dwellers.

3. As I clicked on her it brought up the scavenger/explorer menu, because she was outside when i clicked on her.

4. Just before I clicked on her and brought up the explorer menu I was alerted that raiders were approaching.

5. The little girl started to scream and run back to hide in the wasteland and then as the explorer menu was loading up I clicked on the recall button on the explorer.

6. The game then froze with the explorer menu not fully loaded and not showing the log information for a split second, then my game closed and I was back at my home screen of my Ipad Mini.

Now every time I try to load back up my Vault, which I had spent a lot of time, effort and money on a few lunchboxes, the game crashes and brings me back to the home menu of my Ipad.

If anyone has had this happen before or knows how to deal with or fix this problem than please contact me.

If anyone from Bethesda is reading this is there anyway I can get my money returned for the lunchboxes I bought on this now not accessible vault?

I have a similar problem with a vault not opening but the other two vaults still open.

I can't give you a detailed discription like ComicalSkate but I noticed every thing started to go slow then the siren for an incident followed by a black screen with some sounds still playing. I have no idea if it was rad roaches, fire or raiders.

Ps I have invested only a couple of days and no money in this vault so am not concerned if the only solution is to delete it and start from scratch.

@ComicalSkate I have the same issue with no workaround. Bethesda can't help with billing issues, but you can contact Apple to let them know there was a problem with your lunch box purchase (reportaproblem dot apple dot com), or search "iphone request refund iap" From here, you can select the problematic purchase and request a refund from Apple.

Ultimately, the decision to refund is at Apple's discretion. Given the potential for fraud with consumable IAP, I'm not sure if Apple will allow it. That said, it can't hurt to try. I also spent money on the game and am now unable to play due to this bug, and will be attempting to get a refund through Apple.
